02.04-05.12 USGS Captains class this weekend

Spending Saturday and Sunday with 16 other USCG Captain candidates at class in Toms River. Had another interesting and "deep" day today charting and plotting. If my head was a sponge it wouldn't be able to hold anymore liquid.
