I attempted to edit this blog post after realizing that I identified the below fly angler as George, when it should have read Bill. In the process I erased the content. So here's some guys fishing looking for an afternoon bass bite. It was nice to see Bill, in place on prime real estate, casting tight loops and picking up a few fish. It was around 430 pm and 61 degrees on February 1st!
While walking the beach with my daughter I found the best two intact rock crabs, "white-leggers", that I have found in the last few weeks. The crabs are dwindling, and sand eels are what's been for dinner.
