New Jersey guy and fly fishing author Tom Gilmore has passed away. For those that are readers, or attend the seminars at The Fly Fishing show, Tom always put on a good show and was eager to share his knowledge on techniques and spots in bot the salt and freshwater. He was probably best known for his book, False Albacore, and I remember sitting in to see at the show and as a guest speaker at the Atlantic Saltwater Flyrodders meetings. His book really covered all a beginner and novice would need to know to target "allies" from the rocks or a boat. RIP snf thank you for your contribution to our sport Tom.
