I didn't like the look of the water as soon as I saw it. I left the suds yesterday with a strong SSE wind and came today to find a NW-W wind. The water was off color and it was just blah. Traveled about 10 miles up and down looking for better water and fished in three spots.
I had a bad attitude, no confidence, and the results matched. Full moon today might have the fish off kilter. Maybe the clam guys found fish, but they weren't chasing flies.
