I thought that the sea would give up a few bass this morning, but it didn't. Beautiful water coursing through the new structure along the beaches. Outgoing tides are a pure joy to fish. At some places you can just cast and hold your fly and let the current do the work. You just have to adjust where you want it in the water column.
I saw a ton of boats going north early this morning, I wonder if they marked fish, or more importantly bait.
