Went out solo at first light this morning and found lots of birds working over fish crashing rain bait and peanut bunker right off the bat. Spent the next few hours casting micro flies to blues, bass, and albies. Had a great drift working along the beach before the N wind went S. Landed a few blues, and lost a few favorite flies to blue bite-offs, a nice 24 inch striper, but, didn't get the albie to complete the trio. I had a few shots in range but no hook-ups. While out there I bumped into the above Orvis crew after they hooked up with a nice albie.
